Isabelle Lorant

Co-Founder & Principal, International Partnerships & Licensing

  

Isabelle Lorant, based in Paris, France, is a global partnerships and international licensing strategist with more than 15 years of experience helping medical associations expand their educational and digital content portfolios worldwide. At the American College of Cardiology, she led global alliances, digital licensing initiatives, and sponsorship strategy for ACC Anywhere and international learning programs, strengthening ACC’s global footprint and generating recurring licensing revenue.


Previously, Isabelle directed international licensing at the American Society of Clinical Oncology, overseeing Best of ASCO®, ASCO Direct™, and major global content distribution partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, and the US. She established robust operational standards, elevated partner engagement, and delivered sustained multi-year revenue growth.


Fluent in French and English and proficient in German and Spanish, Isabelle brings deep expertise in global partnerships, content licensing, and cross-cultural negotiations for mission-driven organizations.


Dan Reyes

Co-Founder & Principal, Licensing Strategy & Product Innovation


Dan Reyes, based in Chicago, Illinois, is a licensing strategist and IP commercialization leader with a proven record of building scalable, high-performing revenue programs for major medical associations. At the American Academy of Dermatology, he created the Academy’s first integrated licensing program, expanding it into a global portfolio that generated millions in cumulative revenue. He negotiated major commercial agreements and developed a product framework that launched multiple digital tools and clinical resources.


Previously, as Director, CPT Product Development at the American Medical Association, Dan developed and commercialized flagship CPT® publications and digital services, including CPT® Changes: An Insider’s View and Principles of CPT Coding. He also architected the licensing of CPT® editorial content (including CPT® Assistant and CPT® Changes) into electronic health record (EHR) systems nationwide — embedding AMA content directly into clinical workflows.


Dan brings deep expertise in licensing strategy, product innovation, digital commercialization, and partnership development, helping organizations unlock the full commercial value of their content, data, and tools.

Robert S. Pursell

Vice President, Strategic Partnerships


Robert S. Pursell (Bob) is a senior publishing and business development executive with more than 35 years of experience driving growth, digital transformation, and global partnerships across healthcare publishing and professional societies. As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Opus Global Intelligence, he focuses on content licensing, publishing strategy, and the development of innovative collaborations that expand access to high-value medical information worldwide.


Over the course of his career, Bob has held leadership roles at several prominent organizations, including American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Psychiatric Association, and McGraw-Hill Medical. His work has consistently focused on connecting mission-critical medical content with sustainable business models and expanding global reach through strategic licensing, marketing, and partnership initiatives.


Bob has collaborated with publishers, sales agencies, and medical societies around the world, generating significant new revenue and building long-term partnerships. He also consults for Parisian Phoenix Publishing.

Hector J. Emmanuelli, MPH

Senior Health System Advisor


Hector Emmanuelli, based in Mexico City, is a global programs and market development executive with extensive experience helping associations scale quality initiatives, digital education, and clinical programs internationally. At the American College of Cardiology, he led the expansion of Global Quality Solutions across Brazil, Mexico, India, the Middle East, and Africa — growing annual revenue from $70,000 to over $3 million through scalable, modular delivery models for hospitals, health systems, and ministries of health.


Before ACC, Hector served as Business Development Director & Partner at Intersistemas Editores in Mexico City, where he oversaw content licensing, commercialization, and medical education partnerships that generated approximately $12 million annually across Latin America. His earlier roles with AmeriCares and Pfizer add depth in global health operations, humanitarian programming, and commercial strategy.


Fluent in English and Spanish, Hector brings expertise in international market development, global program expansion, and strategic partnership building for organizations seeking to scale globally.
